25 November	The Friends of the University of Sydney Library are pleased to invite you to the exhibition opening and talk by DR DIETER HOCHULI It’s only natural: ecology in Australia Dr Hochuli from the School of Biological Sciences will talk about the links between natural history and our current understanding of the natural world. 11 November	The University of Sydney and the Mitchell Library The Sydney University Arts Association; The Friends of The University of Sydney Library and the School of Philosophical and Historical Inquiry invite you to a special lecture by Emeritus Professor Brian Fletcher Department of History 5:30 for 6:00 to 7:30pm Lecture Theatre N395 Woolley Building, Science Road The University of Sydney The lecture will be preceded from 5:30pm by a reception in the Woolley Common Room. 22 September	47th Annual General Meeting to be held 5.30pm in the Macdonald Room Rare Books & Special Collections Fisher Library followed by The secret Vatican documents on the Trials of the Knights Templar Associate Professor of Medieval Studies, John Pryor will discuss the significance of these controversial documents, recently released in a limited edition facsimile.
