Downloading files

Once you have saved the files you want, you can download them to a floppy drive or USB Flash drive to take them away.

Clients can use floppy disks or USB Flash drives to remove saved files.

Instructions

1. Click on the My Computer icon. (You may need to close Internet Explorer to see the My Computer on the desktop).

2. Click on the place where you saved your files. This may be My Documents, or D: the temporary drive.

3. Attach your USB drive to the USB port on the front of the computer, or put the floppy disk into the drive.

4. Right click on the file you want to download, and choose Send to from the menu that appears.

5. Select the Removable drive or floppy drive.

The file will now be copied.

6. Repeat for all the files you have saved.

Extra Tips

If you want to download all files at once, you can ctrl-click on all of them and then choose Send To.

Note that if you saved a web page as a Web Page complete, there will be a directory as well as an HTML file you will need to download.
