New Titles Lists

These lists show the new titles added to Library collection in the preceding month. There is a separate list for each Library site.

All new items in all formats and newly catalogued serial titles (print and electronic) are included in the lists with records being displayed in alphabetical order by title. Note that all statuses are included (e.g. at repair, at binding, new book display, check shelf, not for loan, on loan, etc) so in some cases, there may be a delay before the item is actually available on the shelves in the home library. As the lists are based on the cataloguing date, they will sometimes include items whose record has recently been amended.

You can also:
export/email details of items of interest by saving the item and then viewing saved records
place a "hold" on certain items.

Email Notification Service

Use the "preferred search" feature to receive an email list of new books that meet your search profiles. The list is sent to your registered email address each week that new books are added.

You can also be alerted to the arrival of individual books you have ordered if you save a Title search for each of the books and mark them for Email. Note that the alerts will be sent when the items have been fully processed and are available for loan: alerts are not sent at the earlier At Cataloguing stage.
