Saving references as text file for import into EndNote:
Once you have done your AUSTLIT search:
- Format marked records as Tagged Text
- Click Show and then copy and paste into a Word document. Save it as a text file.
- from which it can be imported into the Endnote library using the newauslit01 filter.

As this file was written for a PC, Mac users should first use the University of Maastrich EndNote conversion utility
http://mac.unimaas.nl/EndNote.html to convert this to a Mac-compatible format)
Importing references into EndNote using a filter file:
- Open Endnote
- File>Open
- Choose a reference library in the Select a Reference Library window.

- Click Open.
- File > Import
- At Import Data File click Choose File and browse to the downloaded text file of references you wish to import.
- At Import Option choose the appropriate database filter. If the filter does not appear on the picklist, click Other Filters....

- The Filter Manager opens.

- Browse to newAUSTLIT01, Highlight and Choose

- Click Import to import the references into your Endnote Library.

- Check the imported references to verify they have been imported correctly.
Direct export of references with EndNote:
Not supported by this database.
