What's New in EndNote X1?
Endnote X1 is now available for download from the University of Sydney's IT Assist web site. Endnote X1 sees a number of enhancements to the EndNote program. A video tour of the new features contained in the Windows or Mac versions of X1 can be found on the EndNote website.

The University of Sydney Library currently provides classes, an online tutorial, and user support for EndNote X1 for Windows.

Known problems with EndNote X1
- Endnote X1 Library crashing issue - When attempting to open a Library Endnote X1 crashes to the desktop. This problem is caused by corrupt third party files in the "Temporary Files" Folder. This issue is currently being investigated, but for a temporary fix please see the EndNote X1- Library Crashing Issue support page.
- Cite While You Write compatibility with Microsoft Word 2008 (Mac) - a free update is available for EndNote X1 users who have Microsoft Word 2008.
