It is recommended that you always enter a caption (short description) for any graphic or file.
The Caption field is text-only. Word limits the length of the Caption to 245 characters.
If you insert a figure into a word processing document with Cite While You Write, the corresponding caption appears under the graphic.
To find an figure in your Library, search for the Caption text using the EndNote search window.
URLs or path and filenames are not hot linked when entered into this field.
