Problem logging in:
If you receive an error message when logging in at the University of Sydney Authentication required login screen:

Delete your browser cookies and temporary internet files.
- (For Internet Explorer 7: Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History)
Problem opening TVNews:
When the database opens, you may see this error message:
- Click Logout
