SAGE full text collections: Problems viewing full text (PDFs)

Problem: The Adobe PDF fails to download and all you see is a blank white screen.

Solution: To ensure seamless access to full-text PDFs from the SAGE collections, please follow the steps below

  1. Uninstall the older version of Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat, version 7.0.5 from Adobe.

An alternative solution to this would be to use the Firefox web browser, which has not experienced the same problems as Internet Explorer and Netscape.
