ScienceDirect login prompt displays

All Library links to ScienceDirect and journals on ScienceDirect should first bring up the Off-campus access login screen if you are off-campus.
Once you have logged in, or if you are on-campus, you can ignore the ScienceDirect personal login boxes at the top right-hand corner of ScienceDirect. Use these only if you have set up a Personal Registration in ScienceDirect.
Note: Logging in to a Personal Registration set up at another institution may block your access to University of Sydney's subscription

Can't start print job message

If Acrobat displays a Can't start print job or The document could not be printed message:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader:
2. Click Edit on the toolbar and select Preferences from the drop-down menu
3. Then Uncheck the box next to Display PDF in browser under the Web Browser Options
4. Click OK

Note: You may need to reverse these settings to print other articles from ScienceDirect, or other publisher's sites.

Note:On a library public access computer, save the file to the temp drive. You should then be able to open it and print.
