Information for teaching staff- Please submit your lists of material for Reserve at least two weeks prior to commencement of Unit of Study.
The Library needs time to recall books on loan, to order new items, and to digitise materials for electronic access. - Please use:
Architecture Library Special Reserve Request Form with each request, and complete all sections of the form.
This information used to create a Unit of Study Record on the Library catalogue, for student access to both hard copy and electronic materials

Can I order new material for Reserve?
Yes, but please supply full publication details as soon as possible.
If items are required from overseas, remember to allow time for delivery and library processing.
Details required for each item
- Full citation details for each book or journal article
- Name and code of the Unit of Study
- Number of students enrolled
- Name and contact details for the course coordinator and/or the lecturer
Where do I send my Reserve lists?
- Send hard copy lists to: Architecture Library, G04
