This form is for the use of Year 5 veterinary students while on extramural placements outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area to request articles and books held by the University of Sydney Library.
Your request will be sent to Camden Library and processed within 2 working days (where possible).

The University of Sydney Library reserves the right to refuse to accept copying a request if, in its judgement, fulfillment of the request would involve infringement of Copyright law.
