Important Information

The K-6 syllabus documents consist of the actual syllabus, student work samples and modules. It is the policy of this library to support each syllabus document to the financial limit, which often comes faster than we want.

In K-6, children learn about listening and talking, communicating with each other verbally and in writing. They should be entering into the joys of written text in all kinds of ways. Methods of applying the syllabus will be different from school to school, but all will use a number of resources which can be found in the Curriculum Resources Collection.

The Curriculum Corporation hosts information on the literacy benchmarks which contains valuable information.
