Curriculum Resources Collection

Material in the collection supports teaching within the professional area of classroom practice from Early Childhood to Year 12. Books, videos, models, kits, puppets and other resources are available for loan. Syllabus documents for each subject are also available, as are many support and policy documents.

All Curriculum Collection material placed on Reading Lists is in the Reserve Collection on Level 2 of Fisher Library

The collection provides resources to support the student (preservice) teachers developing teaching practice skills and the programs within the Faculty of Education and Social Work, with an emphasis on current curriculum practices in New South Wales schools. Curriculum resource materials are book or non-book materials which can reasonably be expected to be used in the classroom teaching environment and in the preparation and development of lesson programs, excluding material wholly or largely for theoretical study. The collection provides current material to support the teaching process. The emphasis for curriculum and policy material is on NSW with some material from other states.
