Keys for these rooms are kept in the Curriculum Resources Collection behind the Service Desk when staff are rostered. At 5pm, on weekends, and at other times when the collection is unstaffed, these keys are transferred to Fisher Reserve.
If a room key is lent out before 5pm, the patron is advised that they must return it the Fisher Reserve. These keys are loaned out on the system in the same way as a reserve item is loaned. This means that patrons will accrue fines if they do not return the keys on time.
Please ensure that the door to the room is locked when they leave it.
There is also Discussion Room 1 which at present is not ready to be used as it has the Curriculum Archives in there with no shelving to place them on. This room will be available with similar conditions when cabinets/shelving is made available.
Other Facilities:
Currently we have tape players and headphones which are also available for loan from the Curriculum Service Desk. These are only available when the Collection is staffed. These are also treated as special reserve loans with the same conditions applying.
We do not waive fines on these items unless there is a very good reason!
