Locating material found in your search
Most of these databases only provide you with references, abstracts and summaries of articles. Some articles will be available in full text. If you wish to find the article, you will need to search for the journal in the library catalogue.
Electronic journals have different formats that may require Adobe Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded and installed free from http://www.adobe.com/. Some articles will be in html, which are readable from your internet browser. Not all volumes of a journal may be available electronically. Check the date ranges displayed in the catalogue record.

Off-Campus Access
Off-Campus Access using a commercial Internet Service Provider will require you to identify yourself as a University student. You will need to enter your name and 15 digit library barcode number to access most online resources. Some online resources require passwords which can be found on the MyUni Library Passwords page.
If you use a University Dialup Service with a Unikey account number to connect to the Internet, you will have no problem accessing Library databases and ejournals.
