Storage

Lower-use material is kept off-site to accommodate our expanding collections.

For University of Sydney Library card holders, material in Storage may be requested to be brought to a University of Sydney Library of your choice.
Before requesting material from Storage, check the library catalogue for an electronic version or for a more recent edition of a book which may be available in another of our libraries.
All journal articles will be delivered electronically, except where copyright restrictions apply, where the article is more than fifty pages long, or where a whole volume is requested.

New procedure for requesting Books

30 April 2012: Requesting books from our Storage locations has now been streamlined.
To request Books, click the Request button at the top of the catalogue record for that item, and nominate a pickup location.
Your book requests will be listed in MyLoans, and you will be emailed when the items are available for pickup. Library membership is required for this service.
