- ARTS1000: eSearch to Research: Library Skills
ARTS1000 is a totally online unit of study prepared for all students enrolled in a first year Faculty of Arts unit of study.
It has been designed to show students a range of Library resources and research techniques. It will enable students to:- recognise the different types of references that appear on reading lists
- know about Reserve - what it is and how to use it
- plan their research and construct search strategies
- use the best methods for finding books and journal articles
Participation in ARTS1000 is voluntary and does not attract HECS fees.
If you pass the final quiz attached to ARTS1000, it will be recorded on your academic transcript.
