Charles Sturt University's National Wine and Grape Industry Centre home page
This website was produced by CSU and is maintained by Heidi Ottey. It provides links to other research centres, positions vacant in the wine and food industries, an outline of research priorities identified by the NSW Wine Industry Association Research Development Subcommittee and information on current research projects at the NWGIC with contact information. The AusVit link is not working as at October 2001.

National Wine Centre of Australia
This site was set up by the National Wine Centre and the Australian Wine & Brandy Corporation as a portal to the Australian wine industry providing links to information sources within the industry both in Australia and overseas. Links are provided to information on the wine industry, employment, educational courses, publications, online sales, industry organisations, product and service suppliers and events and tourism. The National Wine Centre will soon release information on each of the wine regions of Australia their main features, geography, history, wine festivals, statistics of wine production and a listing of wineries.

Hunter Valley: Wine Country
A tourism-oriented portal to the sights and wineries of the NSW Hunter Valley. The site includes a winery search function.

Orange region wines
Situated just over three hours from Sydney, the Orange region lies in the Central Highlands, where the summers are sunny and the winters are cold. At over 600 metres, (2000 feet asl) the daily weather is mountain weather - hot summer days and cool nights, crisp winter days and frosts, blizzards and snow. This climate produces wines of high quality and distinctive tastes - Chardonnays and Rieslings, Shiraz and Cabernets. This site lists the local vineyards and their location.

This site is a commercial site produced by the publisher Winetitles. The website offers online ordering of the Australian and New Zealand Wine Industry Directory plus other publications, an industry overview, a winery search engine, wine show results, suppliers, news, retailers, varieties, vintage reports from 1996 onwards, current research and a wine show calendar. Information about The Australian & New Zealand Wine Industry Journal is provided and a search facility is available. Only the article title, author, volume and page number is listed, articles are available for purchase.
