Keeping up to date : Saving database searches

Some databases allow you to save your search strategy, which you can then re-run against the database on a regular basis.  Other databases have an auto alert facility, enabling you to save a search strategy which will be used to automatically search the database for new content every time the database is updated.  Any new records which match your strategy are then sent to you via email.
