The academy is a professional association for scholars dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge about management and organisations. Affiliated and associated academies, both U.S-based and international, promote the exchange of ideas and provide collaborative opportunities for colleagues. The Academy of Management publishes four scholarly journals, a newsletter, and an annual meeting Best Papers Proceedings CD.

The institute is recognised as Australia's leading human resources professional body. It promotes and supports the ongoing professional development of members and others involved in people management, and aims to uphold the standards of the profession. The site provides links to publications produced by the Institute, and special interest groups located in each state.

HR-INFO was created as a community based service in 1997 with the objective to service the needs of the Asutralian Human Resource profession. It provides access to articles and ebooks on HR, a career centre and community chat rooms and forums.

Organization Development Institute

The Institute is a non-profit educational association organized in 1968 to promote an understanding of the field of Organization Development. They publish annually the International Registry of OD Professionals and the OD Handbook, and they meet at least twice a year both inside and outside the USA to discuss recent developments in OD. The site includes a mailing list to discuss OD related topics.
