E-reserve and reserve
Reserve collections operate in most Libraries of the University. They are short loan collections designed to ensure the availability of books and journal articles required for course reading. Loan conditions for Reserve collections may vary. Normally only one or two items may be borrowed at a time, for use within the Library for one to two hours.
Some items we provide electronically [E-reserve] - which means that you can access these from home or an off-site location.
You can check if any of your required readings are in Reserve by searching the catalogue for:
- the name of your unit of study
- the author or title of the piece of information you want
If the catalogue entry says electronic item as a location it is available electronically. Choose the link that says" "Connect to full text article".
