Citation style guide for Chicago 15th A : Notes/Footnotes and Bibliography
The Chicago Manual of Style allows for two different types of reference citation style:- Notes and Bibliography (Chicago 15th A style)
- Author – Date (Chicago 15th B style)
The Chicago Manual of Style 15th A with Footnotes and Bibliography is the reference style preferred at Sydney College of the Arts.
References cited (eg. books, journal articles, Internet sites, etc.) are given in Footnotes, with a Bibliography at the end of a document.

Use The Chicago Manual of Style Online - Citation Quick Guide and follow the examples for citations indicated with:- N (for Note/footnote entry)
- B (for Bibliography entry)
