Dramatists Play Service, Inc
Representing the American Theatre by publishing and licensing the work of new and established playwrights. Formed in 1936, it has grown steadily to become one of the premiere play licensing agencies in the English speaking theatre. Offering an extensive list of titles, including a preponderance of the most significant American plays of the past half century. Includes Playfinder, where you can browse or search the catalogue by cast size, title, author, keyword or ISBN, order books and apply for rights online(updated weekly).

Editions and Adaptations of Shakespeare
The Editions and Adaptations of Shakespeare Full Text Database contains 11 major editions from the First Folio (1623) to the Cambridge Edition of 1863-6, 28 separate contemporary printings of individual plays and poems, selected apocrypha and related works. In addition, it contains over 100 adaptations, sequels and burlesques from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, including the whole of Bell's Acting Edition of Shakespeare's plays (1774).

English Drama Databases
The English Verse Drama Database contains 2284 plays wholly or predominantly in verse, written by 524 authors. The English Prose Drama Database contains 509 plays written by 184 different authors.
