This search (the first search for this session) has retrieved 145 articles (though the database is constantly updated so this amount will change with time). The citations are displayed further down on the page.
When there are a number of searches made the results are listed underneath each other:

This will give details of accession number, author, institution, title, source and abstract.
This will give much greater detail including accession number, author, institution, title, source, journal abbreviation, abstract, human study, concept heading, related concept heading, pharmacologic/therapeutic classification, registry number/chemical name, language, publication type, ISSN, CODEN, entry month and Subject Headings.
This will search the library catalogue to find the location and item details of the journal. Remember that the library catalogue does not give details about the contents of journals - it only lists the titles. Don't try searching the catalogue for an article title, always use the source as the reference point.
If the full text of the article if available online there may be a number of different ways of accessing it. Sometimes the article is linked directly to the online version of the journal (if the library has the appropriate subscriptions). The article can also be help in pdf format with a link directly to it or it can be held by another company and a crossref link will link to the other vendor's site.
There are other ways of indicating full text of an article and you need to be alert and read the relevant instructions presented on the screen.
Results Manager
At the side of the results page is the Results Manager. You are able to save the citations you find, email them to yourself or place them in a citation managing software such as EndNote.
Most of the directions are self explanatory, such as choosing some or all of the citations to save or just the ones you've marked in the boxes. When checking the fields area you should alway choose complete reference if saving to EndNote or else just use citation+abstract.
Result Format is best left at OVID (the default) as this can easily be read in most word processing software. Only change this option if you have been specifically directed to do so when using adjacent software.
Print, save or email depends on your location as you may need to print or email if using a public terminal. If you are using a private or work location when searching and you have EndNote loaded onto your computer change the result format to direct export and save directly to the software.
