About off-campus access

In General

Many books, journals and articles required for your course are available online. To access such information from a computer that is not on campus, you may be prompted to login for authentication, unless you are using the University DialUp Service. Familiarise yourself with these requirements early on and make sure you have the necessary details for logging in. If you are not sure you can contact the library.

Course Readings: Electronic Reserve or E-Reserve

Articles prescribed for course readings are usually made available through the library catalogue, under the Reserve heading. Many can be accessed online. The next part of the tutorial explains how to find them. If you experience problems read more information here.
